• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and quantity surveys for medium and large construction projects (civil engineering structures)
• Distributing documentation for pricing offers to subcontractors for already secured contracts
• Evaluating and incorporating offers from subcontractors
• Preparing and evaluating tenders
• Conducting site inspections, if necessary
• Proposing alternative solutions or changes
• Collaborating and negotiating with investors and designers
• Preparing documentation for contract finalization
• Handing over documentation and pricing offers on the construction site
• Preparing documentation for the development of construction schedules and cost estimates
• Collaborating with and providing information to the project manager
