For our branch in Brno, we are looking for a person with a passion for Business Development who is not afraid of challenges, and maybe that person is you!

Your daily challenges will include:

  • Representing the company in establishing business relationships in the field of civil engineering
  • Negotiating with business partners and other entities
  • Actively seeking new customers and maintaining existing ones
  • Monitoring and analysing the market, development trends, and sales opportunities
  • Being responsible for achieving the business plan
  • Preparing and processing offers, contracts, and closing deals
  • Actively collaborating with other departments
  • Responsibility for the entire Czech Republic

Requirements for the candidate

  • Experience in a similar sales position, ideally in the real estate sector – large investment projects
  • Professional appearance
  • Goal-oriented, result-focused, and a positive approach to work
  • Flexibility
  • Active knowledge of the English language is a must; other languages are an advantage
