Your responsibilities will be:

  • ensuring the quality of the work performed
  • monitoring the economic and time indicators of the project
  • management of the work of professional subcontractors
  • controlling compliance with contractual relations
  • cooperation with the investor during the construction of the project
  • management of construction technicians and other workers on the site
  • drawing up inventories of the work performed
  • monitoring changes and documenting project changes

The place of work is at the construction site within the Slovak Republic.

Requirements for the candidate

  • Completed at least secondary education in the field of construction
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction
  • Certification of professional competence from SKSI – Site Manager for Civil Engineering Structures
  • Basic legal and economic awareness
  • High work ethic

  • Organizational and technical skills
  • English or German language skills are an advantage (but not a requirement)
