Your responsibilities will include:
Checking budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for medium and large-scale building projects before they go into production
Contacting and meeting subcontractors to obtain final price offers
Evaluating and processing offers from subcontractors
Visiting construction sites when necessary
Proposing alternative solutions or modifications
Preparing cost estimates and pricing additional works
Cooperating and negotiating with investors and designers
Collaborating with and passing information to the project manager

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for building construction projects

English or German language an advantage (not a requirement)
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, CENKROS, AutoCAD – an advantage
