Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and executing assigned economic or construction tasks within development projects
  • Coordinating projects from design to completion, participating in the creation of project briefs in terms of functional use, urban planning regulations, and the economic and technical parameters of the project
  • Calculating and controlling project costs, creating documentation and briefs for pricing offers, overseeing internal construction management activities within your project
  • Collaborating with architects and designers, coordinating and being responsible for the complete engineering process, including obtaining all necessary permits, statements, assessments, surveys, communication with government authorities, local authorities, concerned agencies, and other organizations; representing the company in all proceedings, and similar tasks
  • Monitoring the adherence to the project schedule
  • Coordinating and creating the project’s marketing strategy
  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy
  • Communicating with customers and providing technical advice
  • Having an overview of the project as a whole and the schedule for individual parts, coordinating and being responsible for processing and accuracy of reporting during implementation, the results of the projects assigned to you, and interim reports
  • Participating in meetings with company management and providing updates on the project status
  • Attending client meetings as agreed within the Slovak Republic

Requirements for the candidate

  • Completed secondary or higher education in the field of construction
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience with residential/industrial constructions of over 5 million EUR
  • Knowledge of construction and technical processes
  • Experience with permitting processes
  • Independence, reliability, and diligence
  • High work ethic, efficiency, flexibility
  • Goal-oriented
  • Organizational and communication skills
